DynaCall - Phone Calls On Mac

Introducing DynaCall: FaceTime Comes to Your Mac's Dynamic Island

We’re excited to introduce DynaCall — a fresh new way to receive FaceTime calls on your Mac with the elegance and flair of a Dynamic Island-style notification. With DynaCall, your Mac isn’t just getting notified; it’s responding like it’s part of the conversation.

What is DynaCall?

DynaCall is a feature in DynamicLake that brings FaceTime call alerts to life right at the top of your screen. Inspired by the iPhone’s Dynamic Island, DynaCall gives you a beautiful, animated heads-up whenever someone’s trying to reach you on FaceTime.

Whether you’re working, browsing, or watching a video — DynaCall seamlessly appears with caller details, fluid animations, and the option to answer or decline the call. It’s not just a notification; it’s a conversation starter.

FaceTime and iPhone calls

For now, DynaCall supports FaceTime calls, including ones forwarded from your iPhone via Apple’s “Calls on Other Devices” feature. That means when your iPhone rings, your Mac’s Dynamic Island comes to life with a DynaCall alert — even if the call originated from your phone.

Answer FaceTime calls right from your Mac, with a slick, native-feeling UI that blends perfectly into your workspace.

Why DynaCall?

We built DynaCall because traditional call notifications on macOS are… let’s be honest, not great. They feel out of place, and they’re easy to miss. DynaCall gives incoming calls the attention they deserve — in a way that feels modern, responsive, and right at home on your Mac.

What’s Next?

This is just the beginning. We’re working on expanding DynaCall to support more call types and deeper interactions.

If you haven’t tried DynaCall yet, update to the latest version of DynamicLake and give it a ring (literally). Let your Mac talk back — the island way.
