DynamicLake 1.7.4 Is Here

DynamicLake version 1.7.4 is out.
It may not be 1.8 (or even 1.7.5) yet, but this update brings major new features, meaningful improvements, and a lot of important bug fixes.

Calls - Now Like iOS Dynamic Island

DynamicLake now supports call notifications just like the iOS Dynamic Island.

With this update, outgoing calls are supported as well.
When you start a call from your Mac, it instantly appears in DynamicLake, so you can track the call without switching apps.

Smarter Notifications

Notifications in DynamicLake received a big upgrade:

• Custom alert sounds per app
  You can now assign a different sound for each app (Messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, and more), so you instantly know where a notification comes from without even looking.

• Improved notification UX
  The overall notification experience has been refined to feel smoother, clearer, and more intuitive.

AirDrop Progress Finally Visible

Until now, DynamicLake allowed you to drag files to send them via AirDrop.
In this update, you can now also see AirDrop Mac progress, just like on iOS with the Dynamic Island.

More Improvements

This release also includes multiple additional improvements, such as:

• Initial BetterDisplay support

• Performance refinements

• Numerous bug fixes across the app

• Improved Liquid Glass design

What’s Coming Next?

A lot is already in progress

One of the upcoming focuses is a full localization update.
DynamicLake’s translations haven’t been refreshed in a long time, and it’s finally time to bring them up to date and improve the experience for users worldwide.
